Unauthorized Billing

After our company took out new corporate contracts with Vodacom, Oxygen8 started to subtract R6 per day for content services we did not request or confirm to. We had no idea that such services even occur until our first statement on which R170 was deducted.

After queering the deductions Vodacom followed up and their representative contacted the liable parties of Oxygen8 to cancel and refund this action. After having done so a month back our statement for Feb 2013 looks the same and a amount of R171 is deducted for their services.

How is this not illegal if no consent was given?
