New contract sold with false expectations

After two months of nearly daily visits and e-mails to 8Ta I have not had any positive response. A salesperson, that has been fired in the meantime, sold me a new contract for R158 per month all inclusive with unlimited sms's which I needed for a complex alarm system and was only approved for R158 by trustees. My last 2 accounts was R297.97 and R389.40. Two case's has been logged via Northgate 8Ta to be approved my area and managing agents? but up to date I have not received one phone call to rectify this problem. I have since stopped the debitorder as I was told by Northgate 8ta there would be a penalty fee involved for cancellation or change of contract. HA-HA! The contract he sold me does not even exit. Penalty fee will NOT be paid by me, in fact I have contacted "tot u diens" Beeld newspaper aswell.
