RUDENESS!!!

I arrived at the Norwood branch today, at 16:20, being told that the store closes at 16:30 and I found the door locked. I saw a few customers in the store, as well as the manager who said that they were closed. I said, but its only 16:20, and you close at 16:30, he persisted that it was 16:30 (which it clearly was not) as I said it was 16:20, he then preceded to swear at me, using the #F# word (off, or something to that effect) as he walked to the door. I am DISGUSTED at this attitude. Then when I told him I was going to the higher authorities, he then said "ag, im only joking! Can I help you", to which I declined. I did not want his assistance after the way he spoke to me. My husband was there as a witness and we were both completely shocked at a managers choice of words at paying customers. This is unacceptable, especially from a manager of a branch. If your trading hours are to 16:30, this means you only close then, not before. I am appalled at this whole situation. And all this happened after I had tried countless times to get hold of the store this morning to ask what time they closed, to which I was informed, "after 4"??? I finally got 16:30 as an answer. Terrible branch
