4mb Uncapped Service

I purchased a 4mb standalone Uncapped account on Wednesday this week (20/02/2013). Upon returning home work to test out this new account I was horrified with the speed and responsiveness of the account, I figured I'd give it a day to improve.

Problems I have with the service:
* Slow connection speeds
* Web pages not loading
* Youtube taking ages to buffer, if buffering at all (not something im used to)
* Terrible ping in games an unreliable connection
This is just not the service that I was expecting, Id rather continue with a 20gig cap

I've decided to cancel my subscription to the service, but since sending an email and getting a reference number I have had not contact. The call centre has me holding on for periods greater then minutes which i cant afford to do with my cell phone so I end up ending the call.
I have had no response form the billing department!
When I checked my ticket number it haven't even been assigned to any one so nothing has been done at all about this!

I don't want to have to pay for a service which I'm not receiving
