Purchsed a new phone on a contract late last year and now experiencing bills that are very high although the phone is on a set limit for calls, data etc for monitoring purposes.
Emailed consultant who sold the phone/contract recently and was advised that they indeed was a problem, i were overcharged unnessessarily.
was told there would be a refund, that was on the 31st of january 2013, to date nothing has come through and now received another bill that is so high and cannot be justified, have emailed consultant, no response.
can some one take responsibility for a my concerns seriously and get back to me urgently?
