Iphone 5 Still no stock! Not possible!

I have been trying to get a iPhone 5 Upgrade since the launch date on the 14th of December.

I have had my name on a waiting list with MTN V&A Waterfront and MTN Century City a month before launch, I was told by sms msg that without a doubt I will receive a phone on the 20th December, then I was told it hasn't arrived yet will be first week in jan all I have had is after and Broken and empty promises with the Favorite being by Friday.

I also got sms's saying Delays experienced by courier company and orders will arrive during the day with no such orders ever arriving.

I just want Honestly from a Company that rates me as a "High Value Customer" Whys that so hard
Why can't I fill in a form place an order wait X amount of days and get a call to collect, why do we need FAKE Lists and promises and and constant no answers at MTN shops so you need to waste petrol driving to only be disappointed

How can apple Supply 50 million units to the US in 3 days and MTN blame apple for Stock? That's a pathetic Excuse, but still the Advertising doesn't stop? CPA says you must be able to supply what your Advertising?
so why create demand
