Where is the service???

I have been a loyal Mtn customer for the last 12 years and am now sick and tired of the permenant poor signal I have where ever I go. I have now figured out why people always walk around so much when they talk on their phones, it's because they too are looking for good signal. Mtn used to be the best, over the years I believe they have become the WORST!!! What the am I paying for? My phone is a top of the range Blackberry with 3G and and and. There is NEVER 3G where I am and when it's on EDGE it's absolutely useless as a smart phone. For sake PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE jack up the service!!! I really feel I am getting so ripped off, any smart phone you buy today is useless with out data services. What's the point of technology??? I will most certainly consider a new service provider as soon as I can and if they want to lose the rest of their customers I suggest they keep up the bad service!
