BIS Service Suspended for no reason

My BIS went off yesterday afternoon, I called MTN and they informed me that they had received a request from Green Connect (The place that I took out the Contract from) to suspend me BIS service and that there was nothing that they could do. So I called Green Connect and I was assisted by a lady (Lebo) who took my details and called me back informing me that it was an error on their side and that she has resolved the issue and that my BIS will be on again by 12h00pm today. This caused a big inconvenience for me as I use my Blackberry email and BBM for work purposes, so since yesterday afternoon I have been offline. I asked the lady what will be done to ensure that this does not happen again in future and she could not give me an answer but simply said "it was an error". This was very frustrating, I am really not happy with what happened and the fact that I was not even informed that my BIS was going to be suspended. Obviously some one had to approve the suspension before it was sent to MTN, but now it is just easier for them to blame it on a error.
