I had an account dispute double billing which after 2 months was not resolved so in the end I went to the bank and reveserved a debit order. I also asked that my five accounts be merged onto one account number and all debited on the 25 th of the month. Even after posting on Hello Peter this was not resolved and they have now converted one of my debit orders to cash without my knowkedge and now are threatening to cut off the phone.
