No one is attending to my fault logged on 040213

I logged a star fault on 040213 - ref no 31254040213 - I followed up on 130213 and was told mt fault had been escalated by Mr Ramen. I have just phoned again today 220213 and have been told that Mrs Titmunn will phone me to tell me what is up with my fault?

All I want is a telephone wire that has fallen off a pole outside my home put back up onto the pole and a pole to be errected at the side of my home as my telephone wire has been strung up on my fence since 2009!!!

Please attend to my problem TELKOM and stop ignoring me.
