To whom it may concern

The internet connection has been down for the past week and this has affected our business emails and caused allot of inconvenience and i feel this it is un expectable that we have to pay for a service that is never working

Sort this problem out today as there is always an option of Neotell if your bad customer service does not improve I need someone to contact me within the next two hours and resolve this problem
