Faulty line reported but not attended to

I reported my telephone line down 021 424 6625 about 5 days ago and an extremely slow internet connection - a mission to report - then got a call stating that they knowe of the problem - but todate nothing has been done. As this is a business line I find this unacceptable - their service levels are extremely poor as is the mission of reporting the fault. 17CWK150213
