You Can SUE CEO of VODACOM

After many requests to have my poor mother of 72 account sorted out with VODACOM last year, I gave up and paid it an e-mailed payment directly from bank with correct details. NOW they have HAMMOND POLE MAJOLE Lawyers harassing her (illegal according to new law on harassment) for money, threatening to blacklist her and lock her up (which is also illegal). Bulling an old lady - what a disgrace. Does our society need these kind of Mafia tactics?

WE Have The Legal Right To SUE the CEO (For FREE) and so can YOU or anyone of the public if you do not get service or are being bullied by VODACOM. If it is under R12 000-00 go to your local court (Small Claims Court) and sue the CEO for your losses. He won't be able to go to every court in the country as HE the CEO has to attend himself (Pieter Uys), so they will be forced to pay you. If they don't he can be locked away for contempt of court.
