Edgar's Legal Plan A Waste Of Money and Time!!!

I have had an Edgar's Legal Plan for years now and my account is up to date. I needed legal assistance to evict an illegal person who is presently occupying my home. I was referred to Singh's Attorneys in Weltevrede Park in Roodepoort. This was in July 2011.It is now may 2013 and the attorneys still cannot get a court order to evict this man. It is almost 2 years and I am still waiting to get my home back. Finally, the court date was on the 30 April 2013.But to my disappointment, the attorney who had to represent me did not bother to attend the court hearing. And as a result the illegal occupier opposed the eviction. Singh's attorneys email me and told me that they unfortunately did not attend the hearing and that now they cannot do anything further. They believe that the funds are now depleted. I am totally devastated. I waited so long, 2 years to get a court date and Singh's Attorneys did not bother to go to court. I am a senior lady and a widow. I pay my premuims and is this the service we get from The Legal Plan Attorneys. Very disappointed at the service I got from Singh's Attorneys.
Incompetence and disgraceful conduct, FAILED TO ATTEND THE COURT HEARING AND DRAGGING THIS MATTER FOR 2 YRS
