No help or service, only harassment or threats

The gross negligence of some of the vodacom callcentre operators, the attitude and the continued threats and harassment has made me a very unhappy and angry customer. I have paid all my monthly contract fees each month only to be insulted by vodacom employees through their actions and inaction. It has cost me money, frustration and time. I will bill Vodacom for my time and costs and see how they like it. I'm taking this to the small claims court. I will make vodacom remember the day they decided to give me attitude and from me.
They seem to think they are above and beyond the law and untouchable. I will prove them wrong in court and face the keyboard warriors (callcentre operators) in person at vodaworld and see if they are brave enough to give me attitude and threaten me to my FACE! Spineless worms and cowards hiding behind phones and reference numbers that dont exist when you try to re-log a call! WAR!!!
