I received my iPhone 5 on Friday, 15 February, through Cell C direct. On Saturday I tried to swop to my nano sim for the first time, that would have taken 12 to 48 hours. Three reference numbers later, I tried again today 20 February and I have to wait another 24 hours for the sim swop department to call me back. That would be the fourth time that the sim swop process has to be restarted for me, are there no records??
During one of these calls, I was told that this sim will expire within 7 days of delivery, if this is true I do not have time for another 48 hour period.
Can I please just get my sim swopped?
