Useless, useless, useless

I have honestly not seen such a useless website as the nashuamobile website - [URL Removed] The sad part is that this website has been useless right since it was first launched. The response times are so slow - your login times out! All I want to do is view my statement and invoice and then look at the various options available as my contract is up for renewal, but what a mission it turns out to be. I really do not have the energy to battle like this.
