From Pathetic to No Hope!!!

I am writing this in desperation that someone can help those fools at 8ta to set up a plain and simple direct debit on my account not once but thrice from the store in Canal walk where i activated my contract after couple after checking my account noticed that they havent deducted any monies call them give them correct details and still two month later no deduction go all the way to the bank deposit monies scan and email the info to them get assured by Tarryn Timm in the call centre and the lady before her that it was sorted... the fact that I have to check every time that they are debiting my account and have to every other month go to the bank and transfer money on sat and waste a day in the bank is frustrating called the ridiculous call centre where they dont have direct contact with there back office or have contact numbers to reach them is the a load of bull@#$% nobody seems to know how to take ownership over there I spoke to Riedaa Davids the team leader assured me that they will get back to me within 7 WORKING DAYS that was on the 8th of Feb 2013 if i calculate correctly its way over and not a sms or call since then I am not surprised WORST SERVICE EVER STAY CLEAR OF THEM
