Cell C
Billing for services not renedered

For almost two years now i have been paying for itemised billing but have never received a single letter from cell c, i had been to the store on numerous occasions and they assured me after entering my address onto their system that i would receive it but nothing ever happens, Cell c by far has to be the most useless telecommunications provider as this is not the first time i have experienced problems with them.
