Vodacom
After Closing my account i got a bad credit rating

I closed my vodacom contract in December of 2012 after receiving a R 4000 bill from Vodacom for 2 GB Data used I made an Arrangement to settle and close the account in a few installments. When i received my annual Credit Report Vodacom had Rated me a Bad Payer with a 60 Days arrears. Not good Vodacom Not Good. i tried to phone their call center while I'm busy writing this complaint I have been holding on and my call has been important for 48 minutes.
