I applied for a new contract with Mtn at World Wear last Wednesday... Denise helped me... very helpful... should take a day or 2 but Friday the latest... well its a week later... all promises to phone a person back... if I dont phone no one will get back to me... yesterday I was told no I didn't fill in a work telephone number... You telling me that the people or person dealing with my application is incompetent or better still deur die that it took them a week 2 realise that there was no work number... Denise then said dont worry it will be done by end of 2day (19/2) well still have not heard from her... My husband has been with Mtn since 1995 and has had no problems an my son since 2005, also no problem... I thought go to a service provider that performs... yeah right... i dont even have my contract and look at the service i have got... I was so excited about getting my new phone but now i cant be bothered... I'm like whateve
