Call limit should be just that

I've been quietly complaining to myself over the last few months but now I'm boiling. When I got my tablet from you guys I EXPLICITLY asked what would happen after I finished the included 2GB of data seeing I DID NOT WANT any nasty surprises with my bill. Needless to say my R300 call limit was never mentioned to me...
I can appreciate that it remains my duty to check my contract fully, but this was unprofessional to say the least and a lack of integrity on the consultant's part.
A few invoices passed without any hick-ups. I was dissatisfied upon receiving my first increased invoice. But like most folks paid it and didn't have the time to check in to my local store. After one R600 invoice I decided to calmly approach my local store. Without any issues my R300 limit was lowered to R10. Awesome. Surely this should reduce my future bills. Again I appreciate that these don't update immediately.
To my dismay I saw my bill for February today. Yet another spike..
According to the CPA. Right no 4 entitles me to the disclosure of information. I need to know when the system decided to finally block me... I kindly request my itemised data billing for the last 200 MB via e-mail.
Thank you
