SONIM WARRANTY/GARANTY MEANS NOTHING

I Have bought a sonim phone xp3300 over the sonim's website . a year later, you can hardly hear the world's toughest phone ring . so we tried to contact sonim South Africa but they could not pick the phone up on their system after we have done the registration of the phone as per details supplied with the phone. So i emailed head office in Germany and they said they will sort it out it has been a 2 months later and still no news no i have a sonim phone that is built for life that is not working!!!
