Shocking Service & RIP OFF on new Handsets

After 6 months plus we have yet to have our faulty handsets replaced!

The Sonims are apparently no longer available, so we were offered the option to take alternative handsets as replacements for the 2 Sonims handed in.

We asked for an I Phone 5 and were advised of a R6, 000 pay in.
We purchased a brand new I Phone 5 elsewhere for R6, 900 all inclusive-without handing back a Sonim.
How is it possible that Autopage feel that charging R11, 000 for the I Phone 5 is not daylight!?

In light of this we requested that the value of the Sonims be credited to our accounts, to no avail.

We notified Autopage that due to the poor service received we would move directly to Vodacom should they not resolve the problem/ call me back. This made no impact on their service levels.

Sadly disappointed!
