No reply, but they don't stop the SPAM

They don't answer emails sent to [Email Removed] but they spam you with adverts.

After receiving my first emailed statement last week (after months and months of dummy emailed statements and SMS messages asking me for my email address), I noticed that for the first time I've been charged for data usage. I have BIS and have not changed the way I'm using my phone, but all of the sudden I'm charged for data calls. It is not a lot of money, 7 odd rands, but if they R7 from each of their clients you can figure out yourself what the total of that would be.

So, please can a real person from CellC (if there are any) respond to my email I've sent to [Email Removed] on Friday 15 February 2013 and explain to me what you've messed up this time and then reverse the charges as well. And please do that for all your other clients whom you have from too.

And BTW, I have requested many times in the past that you stop SPAMMING my phone with your adverts. I'm talking about the ones like the one I have just received a few minutes ago which is about the Blackberry Z10 which will be available from CellC in March and which is "signed" CellC.
