I took out my contract for 2 X 3G sticks in Nov 2012, these were 2GB sticks. I have had no joy with these sticks. I was billed for high usages when i wasn't even allocated my 2GB data per stick. I have been billed in excess of R 6500.00 and there was a credit passed to the tune of R 4500.00. When asked for a detailed credit, nothing was passed on. The subscription, including the 2GB data per stick works out to R99.00 each. This would make my monthly account R 200.00. Can you compare what the subscription is to what i paid? Who has this kind of money just laying around nowadays. My emails for the last 3 days havent been responded to. I have requested that the contracts be cancelled, still nothing. What do I do next, go to there offices? And we are paying more then we bargain for, for this service? I have threatened them to go to the media by end of business today, still nothing. This is becoming very frustrating. I had bad experiences with Autopage before, quite some time back, you would think that big organizations like this would improve, boy was I wrong. If i dont get an answer by tomorrow morning (20/02/12), i'm definately going to the media or going to them personally.
