I have been complaining now for a month and still my problem has not been resolved. I was promised that my money will be paid back to me 7days ago. To date nothing happend. Due to vodacom not doing what they are suppose to my contract was not cancelled. I was out of the country and when I came back my debit orders bounced. Vodacom kept on debiting my account. I then had to open an overdraft with my back to be able to settle my bills. I made a loan to cover the ammount. I will be taking this matter to the council of Debt and I will also have an article done. I am in debt now and that's all due to Vodacom making their problems mine. Myself as the client did what I had to. Yet they don't refund me as promised. That says a lot about a company. I would like to know what is going to be done to reimburse me for all the trouble I had to go through all because vodacoms employees can perform their duties as required. You guys are making this my problem although it on their side. I would like to escalate this matter to the director of the company seeing that the branch manager and the regional manager are not helping. Or could. I open a case an have a lawyer take the matter furthe
