I applied for a telephone line six weeks ago, I first got an sms confirming the installation date would be the 19th February been today's date. Telkom however phone me three weeks ago, and sent messages confirming that they would install line last saturday. I was told I had to be available all day, which I was. They never pitched, I phoned the help line and the lady confirmed everything was booked. They have never phoned to explain why they didnt pitch, no apology, and today they have again let me down. One of the service team phoned me this morning after I phoned to enquire whether they were in fact going to do as their sms stated. He said he would check up and get back to me... Well its now 3.25pm and still no call. Does telkom have a competitor?
