Cell C Spam King

I have been assured by Blanche on 3 sperate occasions that I will not receive Cell Cs marketing Spam. I have opted out, Cell C has put me on their "Baned list" twice, I am registed with DMASA - yet CellC still sends me SPAM. This is not 3rd party spam, but CellC's own stuff relating to various competitions. I have tried to correspond with Blanche by email to sort the problem out, but save for one incomplete mail I have not had any futher responce. Clearly this organisation is intent on harrassing its clients and deserves to be outed as a SPAM King.
