Hi i am very mad with bay port, i received a call from a pendani in the collections department yesterday and was told that my cell phone account is not up to date when i told him that i have made payment for the month of march he told me to fax proof of payment which i did so i tried call him back on the number that he had giving me to see if they had received the proof of payment but i was been put from one department to another for over 40 mins and still never got to speak to someone who could help me and the best part is i was using my cell phone and almost used a100 rand airtime which i no bay port wont refund me on, it is easy for them to call us when they think that we did not pay them but for them to give us feed back is very hard i think that is not good service at all, furture more from the time i received my cell phones from them i had a problem with one of them and every time i call to ask them what i should do they tell me they will send me proof of purchase so that i can take the cell phone to cell c for them to repair but up until now I'm still waiting for them to send me that proof of purchase so i can get the phone repair which was not my fault in the first place.
