Internet on iPhone has not worked for one month, phoned call centre 20 times. They have not responded to my queries or provided me with feedback once. Each new call centre agent I dealt with was unable to track my issue, previous calls or developments, which tells you about the efficiency of their systems.

Anyone that has dealt with Cell C understands this frustration with the call centre, and Cell C's overall lack of service. There is no accountability, no one responsible for fixing issues, no follow-through where an individual makes sure that a problem is sorted out. I went through an identical problem last year, where the data bundle was not loaded, and I was charged for usage. After weeks of phone calls and emails, I had to send them the advert for their own deal for them to understand that they owed me the data. Most importantly, these are contractually due services that they are consistently not providing.

Ironically, I have received numerous calls from the sales department this week, whereby I have been "specially selected" to purchase additional contracts. It's actually become quite funny.

Avoid Cell C if you can, it is cheaper than the other providers for a reason.
