Cell C is costing me money!!

My original complaint to Hello Peter was over 2 weeks ago. Cell C mixed up 2 upgrades that I did at the same time. No-one seems to know how to rectify the problem, and no one seems to care that it isn't getting sorted out. In the meantime I cannot use the Data that I am supposed to get on my S4, and I cant make use of the free messaging services that I get through BIS on my Blackberry. I am having to make calls or send sms's whilst Cell C does NOTHING! No one ever returns calls as promised, and I either just get ignored or cut off! (This, after having to call numerous times every day, sitting in a queue, getting passed from one person to another) 2 full weeks of this and I have no idea what is going to get done! I am SO sorry I renewed my contract! I have been with Cell C for 10 years, clearly my loyalty doesn't mean anything.
