Loyalty points problem for 4 months?!

I have had the same problem with my MTN loyalty points for the past 4 months and have phoned into the MTN prepaid call centre at least once every 2 weeks only to be told that 'a query has been logged', 'it has been escalated', 'no one knows whats going on' or that 'I should call back in 24-48 working hours to get feedback.'. I got to the extent of bypassing the already rude call centre agents on each call to speak to a supervisor/manager on 3 different occasions (names fail me, unfortunately) who have promised me call backs that never seem to happen.
Now to have a problem with something as trivial as prepaid Loyalty Points with such a big network provider makes me wonder what would happen if I actually had a 'real' problem with my phone. This service leaves much to be desired, honestly.
