Why am I being charged for paying before the time

I just received my latest statement and once again I have been charged R62.70 for what the lord alone knows. I pay my account by eft, this is not the first time this has happened it happened in November of last year and silly me I paid the account but I will not this time, I also paid the account on time in November and they charged me and I didn't query it but I would like both amounts to be credited.
