NEGLEGENT ON MTN STAFF

I reported my phone as on 07.08.2012, they said i must do affidavit and i did so and fax back to the them. When i check my bank statement last week I found out theres someone whos using that number buying airtime with my money on my fnb account. They used R800 in my account to buy airtime and this person started on 17.11.2013 to buy airtime. Can MTN respond what happen to my money because it was reported as lost, they should have stop that number or it was inside job. I need my money back please and i have a proof in bank statement, affidavit and ive never bought airtime with my phone.
