On the 19/10/2013, I purchased mtn airtime of R100 via mobile banking. There was a typo during the purchase and the airtime went to the wrong number by 6am and I immediately called the call centre about the matter as the other party who received the airtime was not corporating with me. I was ask to fax the bank statement to proof the airtime purchase tobe reversed on the wrong number of which I did by 9:30am. I have been told the turnaround for feedback is 2 - 24 hours. Even today I still don't have feedback and I have been asked to resend the bank statement. It is just time waisting as its 10 days already.
