Call centre... impossible to get through

My wife is on a weekender contract... quite often she gets an sms saying that her Topup package has been crdited with R100 talk time and 25 free sms's. Yesterday she received it, but there has been no credit on the phone. I have now been trying to call for the past hour to your call centre to sort it out and as soon as I get to speak to an agent the, you cut me off... now please just credit the phone ASAP!!!
