During Jan 2013 I experienced a problem with a contract account. The customer care line was unable to assist or understand the problem. During my visit to the Branch, the Manager (Cassandra) and sales agent (Mandi) got to the bottom of the problem and a mutual agreement was reached to my satisfaction. This kind of help and understanding is rare these days. Thank you
