MTN shocking services and incompetent staff

I am extremely irritated and have been very patient with the MTN Cresta branch over the past 5 - 6 months. When upgrading my contract the branch were unable to ensure that the account was properly registered in my name. This resulted in a bulk overcharge of about R 1000 during my first payment, they were unable to assist me and I had to go to MTN head office. I received my refund and ever since then MTN has over charge me with a R 100 per month and when i tried to investigate it further I found that the account is not even registered to my name. When phoning the branch again they were unable to assist me, promised to phone me back and had no explanation for the mistake which have been running for 6 months. Even more so going to the head office did not even solve the problem, I now wished I have not stayed with MTN as their staff simply don't care and are unable to provide a professional service. The most shocking problem is that even though it is them over charging their customers and can not even phone you back when complaining about the problem. I would advise anybody to think very carefully before signing up for a contract at any MTN branch.
