Unbelievable!

Bad Service and Feedback from vodacom.
It seems that Vodam is protecting the franchisees and that no action has been taken.. I have been waiting since 11 Feb for some-one to revet back to me. I thought that Vodacom as the franchisor of their franchisees would protect the client, but they ar e not interested at all.
i have forwarded 3 e mails to M de Vries from Vodacom to phone me, but no response at all.

Please forward me the managers details that is responsible for the franchisees, maybe he would be inerested to help me. I have 4 complaints from the one vodacom franchise shop.
