3 Months of no line but they keep taking my money

Since 3 August my line has been dead more then working. I have logged massive amounts of calls. Calls are closed 1 week later, with no update or feedback and still no service. Only in feb was the matter fixed as they found cable problems on their poles and exchange problems in their exchange. When asking for a refund they paid me less then 1 months bill that they deduct. They also made me pay reconnection after they mistakenly cut my line before the debit order went of that they set. I have escalated it over and over with no avail. Basically they have been y money... It costs me money to call from my cell just to stay on the line for 30-45 mins per time to explain what the problem is, but they call centre staff is not educated and insists on stupid things like me rebooting my PC, while the line is completely dead -.- They took my money for 3 months without providing a service as per the payment. I almost feel they should pay me for my cell costs to them as they did not act on the 1st or 2nd c all logged with them. They kept closing it over and over for 3 months.
