I had taken a contract in January 2013 consisting of a webbook and 500mb of data per month. I have been to the store over 11 occasions for the same persistent problem. The initial modem given to me was not compatable (AFTER BEING SENT TO UMHLANGA). The 2nd modem is still not connecting to the Internet 5 months has past and still no connection - data is getting forfeited. What is the point of having a webbook if the internet is not accessible??? This is a direct breach of contract hence the above contract must be terminated.
