Cell C
Unreliable 3g coverage

I have taken out a 3g contract for my ipad and ported both my wife and myself to 2 new iphone 5 contract deals with cellc. I have noticed that all my devices show full 3 g signal but there is no connection. This happens randomly almost everyday but mostly towards the late afternoons/evenings. I have logged a complaint in the cellc website but no one has bothered contacting me back on this. When cellc 3g is working the connection id better than both vodacom and mtn but whats the point if it is so unreliable. Cmon cellc, you cannot market yourself this aggressively for the business and then pull this on your customers.

What am i suppose to do now, cancell all my contracts and port back to mtn and vodacim respectively!
