Tower Outage Goes Unanswered

So clearly you couldn't be bothered to actually get back to your clientele when they contact you through your website. Seems companies these days only respond when it goes public, so from now on ill just contact you here, it will save us all a lot of time i think.

Your tower in Jetpark boksburg has been down for the last MONTH!! Why does it require the public to notify you of this? No internet on 3 seperate devices:- My cellc dongle, my iPhone and my iPad. So now CellC my question to you is... should i keep using the vodacom sim in my cellc dongle and give them money, or would you like to actually provide me with the service and coverage you so boldly advertise?
