Lines down again

Hi there,

Our phone lines are down once again. It has happenned more than 3 times in the last 2-3 months and it is getting absolutely frustrating. Why should I be paying for the Telkom line when I dont get service at all? In December the lines were down for almost a month!!

Please may someone assist because this is testing our patience to another level.
