I took my Blackberry to Lakeside Mall Vodashop. The scroll button would not work. Few days later I get sms my phone is ready. I get there, I'm told sorry your phone can not be fixed the motherboard is bend. Huh??? The phone is woking fine, its just the button... So the sales man says to me I can get a new phone. I ask him how much is it going to cost? These days we all on tite budget. He assure me AGAIN its R150 I ask him is he 100% sure? Yes he says. Few days later I get sms I can go collect my phone. All HAPPY I'm going to get my phone. I get there the same guy tells me sorry its R700 and od rand I must pay. After a no win conversation I leave very angry. Then the store manager a woman calls me she is so sorry he is in training and was not suppose to give me an price. Now how can I aspect this poor trainer to pay in. Have I never made a mistake at work? Yes I have and I had to pay for it. That's live. Tells me she will speak to the regianal manager and phone me back... I'm still waiting. The Saterday I go back after a long disagreement I only leave with my broken bb. I get home I want to get numbers saved on my bb. This battle is still going on with a lot more that happend
