SIM SWIPE DONE INCORRECTLY INCOMPENTENCE OF MTN

Good day

One of our consultants sim swipe my cell number 071 891 8061 on friday afternon in menlyn.
i was in cape town and have never been in pretoria.i phoned the 808 this afternoon and they told me that the department is closed to do the sim swipe cancellation.does this person using my airtime now.

i need a solution...

i want my cell phone to work immediately. i have a contract with mtn and why must i wait 72 hours till i have access to my phone.

if i was a ceo of a company and something like this happened you will assist them immediately.

your urgent assistance will be appreciated.
