2 weeks and no feedback... Pathetic service!!!

Subsequent to my previous post on this website, I received only a reference number and a promise that feedback would be provided shortly. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I contacted the customer service centre twice since my post and was told that my query was still being investigated. Since then my internet connection has been suspended and this after I have been trying to get 8ta to deduct the debit order from my bank account for nearly two months now! Can someone please get back to me on this?!?!
