I need to know whether MTN trains their call centre staff to be rude, abrupt and to have a stinking attitude when dealing with their customers. not once in dealing with MTN contact centre have I ever had a good experience. Talking to any agent leaves one upset and displeased, even though they assist their attitudes stink really!!! Once my contract is up or nearing I am definitely moving to another service provider, because really its not about paying for calls, sms's or BIS or whatever but really about the service provided in every aspect of the MTN sphere!! I have just had an unpleasant experience today at 14.14pm. Its enough to change ones mood!! and all I wanted was my itemised billing!!!
