It has been 2 weeks now, still no feedback on the above reference, i was told byone of the call centre consultant that it has not yet being assessed, therefore they can't be issue a new one, i'm really losing my patience, if i don't receive positive feedback by tuesday next week, i'm cancelling the contract, i can't wait anymore.
